Before you call
For most of Nairobi we can reach you the same day if you call before mid-afternoon, and often within the hour in Westlands, Kilimani, Lavington and the CBD. Outlying areas are usually next morning.
You pay the diagnosis fee for the technician's time and the written report, and nothing more. If we do carry out the repair, that fee is deducted from the final bill. We will also tell you plainly when a replacement is the better buy.
The large majority of repairs are completed in your home or office. Only jobs needing bench equipment — certain TV boards and sealed-system fridge work — go to the workshop, and we agree that with you first and issue a collection note.
Every repair carries a {{warrantyMonths}}-month guarantee on both the part we fitted and the workmanship. If the same fault returns inside that period, we come back and put it right at no charge.
M-Pesa, bank card or cash, once the repair is finished and you have seen it working. You get a receipt for every job, which you will need if you ever claim on the guarantee.
